Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Advance deposits may be required during predetermined dates and for Special promotions such as Non refundable – advanced booking offer. Please check rate policy.
If you prefer to make your payment with a bank transfer, kindly contact our reservation department.

Cancellation Policy

Byoum Hotel

For flexible rates: Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated. For cancellations that occur within 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the fee of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file. In case of no show, 1 night fee will be charged to your credit card.

In case of non-refundable rates: Reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. Full stay will be charged at the time of the booking

Early Check-in and Late- check out:

1. Early Check-in or Late Check-out as hotel availability so please check with the front office before one day of Arrival or Departure.

2. The Early Check-in can be at 11:00 AM with supplement EGP 250 per room or suite.

3. The Late Check-out can be at 05:00 PM with supplement EGP 250 per room or suite.

Know before you go:

• Arrival Time – 3:00pm,  Departure Time – 12:00pm
• The following credit cards are accepted: Visa – Master Card.
• No pets are allowed in the hotel.
• Minimum check in age is 18 years.
• Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at the time of check-in.
• Photo identification and credit card are required at check-in for incidental charge
